Large Groups & conferences
The fees shown are for Vanessa Rogers as trainer, working with a maximum of fifteen participants. Larger groups can be quoted for specifically and include the option of two tutors.
Bespoke Courses
Vanessa Rogers is available to discuss the specific needs and requirements of your organisation. Tailor made events can be designed and organised to suit the needs identified, whether for groups of people or for individuals. Such training courses or developments will be created for your Organisation specifically and quoted for accordingly.
Terms and conditions
The Client Organisation will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment required for the course, and the provision of an appropriate training venue (unless otherwise agreed in writing with Vanessa Rogers). Course handouts will be provided as a download package only as part of the Working Package. The Client Organisation will be responsible for providing hard copies for participants on the training day. This service (as well as access to the download package) will be provided for those booking the Working Plus & Full Package.
When a written report is requested by the Client following Training, it will be charged for in accordance with the current scale of fees unless pre-booked as part of the Full Package
Travel expenses will be charged at the standard return rail fare or British Airways, or at 40p per mile. An overnight stay, if required, will incur an additional charge of up to £150 per night.
Cancellation charges.
Scheduled courses, once booking is confirmed, will be subject to a cancellation fee if they are cancelled by the booking agency with less than 30 days notice. If they are cancelled before this time then no fee is due. If they are cancelled with two weeks notice then 50% of the fee will be charged. If they are cancelled with less than two weeks notice then the full fee will be charged, plus remuneration claimed for any travel costs incurred.
Where the trainer is unable to fulfil an engagement, every effort will be made to provide a suitable alternative trainer. If this is not possible the course fee will be waived.
Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of invoice date. Invoices unpaid after 60 days of invoice date may be subject to an additional surcharge of 5% of the invoice total.
